If you did not qualify for a small business loan with Umpqua Bank, we’ll refer you to a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in your area. These centers provide assistance to small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs throughout the United States.

SBDC advisors provide aspiring and current small-business owners with a variety of free business consulting and low-cost training services including: business plan development, manufacturing assistance, exporting and importing support, disaster recovery assistance and much more.
