Increased Zelle Fraud Calls
We have received an increased number of calls regarding a send money request via Zelle.
Remember, Umpqua Bank does not request confidential information through text messages, chat or phone calls not initiated by you. If you have any suspicion a communication is not legitimate, please hang up and call us at 866-486-7782.
If you receive a call or text pretending to be from Umpqua Bank requesting that you send money via Zelle, please do not respond.
